Junk removal · Drywall · Concrete · Pressure washing · Local services

01 / Turn a search into a conversation

You do the work.
Make it easier for customers to hire you.

You might be hauling junk, finishing drywall, or pouring a driveway. We build the website that explains your work, helps local people find you, and gives them a clear way to ask for an estimate.

“People nearby need my services. Can they find me?”

Get found when locals
search for the work you do.

Local SEO means helping your business show up for searches like “junk removal in Fort Wayne.” The point is to put your services in front of people who are already looking for help.

  • Pages for your services and cities. Show what you do, where you work, and how to request an estimate.
  • Help with your Google Business Profile. Get guidance on setup, business details, and the areas you serve.
  • A simple way to ask for reviews. Learn how to share your review link and ask customers for honest feedback after a job.

The goal: More of the right local people finding your business and reaching out.

Every website includes local SEO foundations. Profile and review guidance are included with monthly plans. Search rankings and lead volume vary.

02 / Keep the next job from slipping by

A new inquiry shouldn’t
get buried while you’re busy.

Both monthly plans connect your website to the phone you already carry. See the opportunity, get the details, and follow up when you can.

Both monthly plans

“I didn’t see their email until that night.”

New form submission.
Straight to your phone.

When someone fills out your website form, you get a text message and an email. No searching through your inbox to find out someone needs an estimate.

EXAMPLE TEXT ALERTNew website inquiry

Jamie needs a driveway pressure washed in your service area. Contact details and job information are ready for your follow-up.

What you get: A prompt heads-up so you can respond while the job is still on their mind.

Both monthly plans

“I want a business number, not another phone.”

A local business number.
The phone you already use.

Give customers a local number to call or text from your website. Keep your personal number personal.

  • Choose an available area code that matches the city you serve.
  • Inbound calls and text messages route to your personal phone.
  • Inbound calls are recorded so you can revisit an address, measurement, or other important detail.

What you get: One number for business inquiries without carrying a second phone.

Website + Receptionist plan

“I can’t stop in the middle of a job to answer.”

Let a receptionist take the details.

An AI phone receptionist answers when you can’t, asks what the caller needs, and summarizes the conversation. Likely marketing calls are screened and routed to trash for review, helping you focus on real job inquiries.

What does local SEO actually do for my business?

It helps search engines understand what work you do and where you do it. If someone searches for a service you offer in a town you cover, a relevant page gives them a way to find you, see your work, and request an estimate. The goal is more relevant local inquiries. Rankings and lead volume are not guaranteed.

What counts as an update?

Website Only includes 5 updates before you accept the finished website. Both monthly plans include unlimited changes to existing text and swaps of existing photos while your subscription is active. New features, redesigns, or work beyond those edits can be discussed separately.

Do I need to buy a domain?

If you already own a domain, we can use it. If you need us to provide one for a monthly plan, it is an additional $50 per year. With Website Only, you arrange your own domain and hosting.

Is the local number a replacement for my cell phone?

You keep your personal phone. Both monthly plans include a local business number for your website that receives inbound calls and texts and routes them to your personal number. Inbound calls are recorded so you can revisit the details. Choose an available number in the area code you serve.

Does the $99 plan answer calls for me?

The Managed Website plan routes calls to your personal phone. The $139 Website + Receptionist plan adds an AI receptionist that can answer when you can’t, gather job details, and summarize the conversation. It also screens likely marketing calls and routes them to trash for review.

Am I locked into a monthly contract?

No. Both monthly plans have no contract. Hosting, included phone services, and ongoing text and photo updates are provided while your subscription is active.
